Booking Policy

We understand that unanticipated events occasionally happen in everyone's life. By our desire to be effective and fair to all clients; the following policies are honored:

24-hour Policy: 

NB Skincare requires 24 hours in advance notification to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This gives us the chance to schedule another client in your place. A 50% fee will be a charge for clients who do not show up or fail to give sufficient notice for a scheduled appointment. You are only allowed to reschedule your appointment ONCE! 

There are no refunds or exchanges on any products or services.   

NO SHOWS: 

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a no-show. They will be charged for the full amount of their missed appointment. 

Late Arrivals: 

If you arrive late for your session, your treatment may be shortened to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. If you arrive 15 minutes late or more, we will charge you a late fee and also determine if there is enough time remaining to start your service. You will be responsible for the full session amount regardless if we have to shorten or reschedule your appointment. Out of respect and consideration to our staff and other customers kindly plan accordingly and be on time for your appointments
