Terms & Conditions

At Natrabella Skincare Spa, we are committed to providing every client with an exceptional experience. To ensure smooth scheduling and fair service, please review our policies below:

1. Booking & Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.

Deposits are applied toward your service total on the day of your appointment.

Cancellations or reschedules with at least 24 hours’ notice may transfer the deposit one time only.

More than one reschedule will require a new deposit.

2. 24-Hour Cancellation Policy

At least 24 hours’ notice is required for any cancellation or reschedule.

Less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 50% cancellation fee charged to the card on file.

Clients are allowed one reschedule per deposit. Any additional changes will require a new deposit.

3. No-Show Policy

A “no-show” is when a client misses an appointment without notifying us.

No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost.

After two consecutive no-shows, future bookings may require full payment upfront.

4. Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full treatment.

If you arrive 15 minutes or more late:

Your session may be shortened to accommodate other clients.

A late fee may apply.

If your service cannot be performed due to tardiness, you will still be charged the full service amount.

5. Refunds & Exchanges

All deposits, products, and services are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

If you are unsatisfied with your service, please notify us within 24 hours. We will work with you to find a solution.

6. Text Messaging & Privacy

By booking with us, you agree to receive appointment confirmations, reminders, and promotional messages.

Your information will never be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

7. Agreement

By booking an appointment with Natrabella Skincare Spa, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions listed above.
